Food was lukewarm but very tasty the brownie ala mode dessert was fantastic. Only major issue was when waitress named Brittany gave free meal and went outside with customer and came in smelling like marijuana

I was disappointed. They were busy. Our waitress didn't come back to the table. Another waitress walked by our table a couple of times saw an empty glass and chose to ignore it. I got up to refill a drink and got blessed out for helping myself. So rude. Our waitress got yelled at by the one that was rude to me. Totally uncalled for. I don't blame our waitress she was overwhelmed. Not good teamwork. Unhappy with the staff that could have helped. 😢

We stopped by to eat breakfast and it was pretty good. It wasn't the best we'd ever had but we were hungry and the meal we ordered satisfied us.They got our order right and the waitress was pleasant.

Absolutely worst service. We had 5 people, each persons plate came out at different times. Took over an hour for all meals to be brought out. All meals were sub- par. Omelet consisted of an egg over the top of a slice of cheese and some ham. There was no egg on the bottom, hard to call that an omelet. Manager offered a student discount for our inconvenience, $2.50 on a $50 order, absolute slap in the face. Spoke to the manager she offered a bigger discount, $8. I had out of town guests that wanted to try this place, not only will I never be back and I will tell everyone I know, but my guests will also spread word of mouth of their displeasure in this establishment.

One of the best chicken fried steaks I have had in a long time! And tried the apple butter with m sweet potato fries--- it was like a dessert. Will definitely go back. Clean, fast and friendly service.

Food was ok but the server was rude and distracted. She didn't even come back to check on us until she brought our check and our food was gone .

My husband and moved from Chattanooga 18 months ago. We have been going to this establishment at least once a week the whole time. They always get my order wrong for some reason or the other. We use coupons and sent from HH in the mail. But today, the waitress took the order and never came back to our table. My order was wrong as usual but, when the back runner brought my plate and went to set it down, the whole yellow slide put with clear yuk pushing it. Who serves that to anyone. The girl worker not server who helped through it all noticed me looking at it with amazement came back out to help and my server no where to be found. She finally got all corrected. This is awful to be neglected while your spending monies to wait. As a rule I am a good tipper. 20 to 25%. And more with good friendly servers. But not In Oneonta, AL. So I tipped the helper not the server. A Whopper at that.

Watch out gave a 10 dollar tip and they charged me 100.

I've been here twice and they earned 5 stars both times. Food was excellent you could tell they put their heart into it. Friendly service. Dang good coffee. Try them if you can find a seat cause they are normally full.

Great food to order and straight from grill to table so it was hot and fresh. Service was excellent and friendly. With a coupon from paper it was cheap and the waitress did not let me see the bottom of my coffee cup.

Great food and employees. Sometimes it can be pretty cold in it. Even the employees have jackets on.

I understand how it can be to be the new girl. But with others that work there and know the ropes, on how it all works. could support the new help more! have them actually helping them instead of having attitudes. would make it easier, not just on her but everyone there! Seen alot of bad attitudes from the workers on the new girl and that just upsets her and then the customers are upset. So just remember we all were new onetime or another so be kind to eachother.

My husband and I tried huddle house in Oneonta today (4/11/2019) and was highly disappointed. My husband ordered a western omelette. It was nothing more than two scrambled eggs with a piece of bell pepper. There wasn't any ham, onions or cheese. The waitress ask how everything was and we complained about the food. Cocky as you might expect a waitress to be says, "well what do you want me to do about it???" I had to get our silverware. The waitress then gets mad because she didn't get a tip!!! I mean really??? We didn't get the food we ordered, we didn't get any silverware and only one cup of coffee. The only thing we did get was a smart mouth waitress. Never again

Lana was a friendly and excellent server. She kept our drinks filled and she always had a smile. The food was very good too.

I love it, it sucks we have to drive all the way to Oneonta to enjoy Huddle House. Down in the Pinson Trussville area all we have is Waffle House. Which don’t get me wrong is great, but sometimes you want something a little different. For example Huddle has pancakes and french toast. Back to this location, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was quick and delicious what hit the spot.

the huddle House in oneonta was dirty they raked all their crumbs and everything into the floor while they was cooking the rag was nasty that they was wiping the countertop with and the waffle iron look like it hadn't been scraped in and months

They have an awesome variety on their menu...breakfast, burgers & fries, meat & veggie plates, & salads. You can order whatever you want, anytime. Some of their restaurants are 24hrs.

Had the best waitress, Mary! She was the friendliest, took care of everything. Made sure we had refills, everything we needed.The food was fresh and good. Biscuit s was a little tough but everything delicious. Ask for Mary on breakfast or lunch shift.

Wasn't to impressed with Huddle House, my mother and I stood at the door for what seemed like it was forever and eventually we went over to a table that was still full of dirty leftover food, dishes, used napkins and coffee cups, when I looked around there was two waitresses standing and talking to one another like there wasn't a customer in the place. I had to motion for one of them to come over a clean the table.As I looked around there was dirty napkins, empty sugar packets and food up under a couple of the tables, there was NOT A SINGLE TABLE THAT WAS CLEAN. Probably will be a very,very long time IF EVER before I visit Huddle House again.

Good food, fair price, good service. Air conditioning broken AGAIN.
